Glory is to You , O Allah , our Lord , and praise is Yours . O Allah , forgive me.

“When the wise man is alone with his wife, he should then leave his intellect in a corner as a respected shaykh and (start) joking and fooling around with her to give her and her soul it’s rights. And when he is alone with his children, then he should come to them in their shape (I.e. act like them, be like them etc).”

Learning Arabic has the obvious benefit of being able to understand the deen better, like it should be understood.

But there’s also the fact that you could go to any country/city, and as long as it has a mosque, you’re bound to find a muslim who speaks Arabic. Regardless of the country’s native language. It’s like having a home everywhere.
